Privacy Notice

LGM SOLUCOES LTDA, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 61.525.054/0001-65 controls the personal data used to operate Cronari in Brazil. Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].

• Account and authentication data, including email, provider identifier, profile basics, and session data.
• Profile and community data, including username, display name, avatar, bio, reviews, ratings, and votes.
• Collection data and optional notes connected to watches you have, had, or want.
• Technical data such as IP address, timestamps, request identifiers, browser, security logs, and language preference.
• Affiliate parameters included in outbound URLs; destination stores process data under their own policies.

• Provide accounts and requested features: performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps.
• Publish contributions, calculate rankings, and protect community integrity: service performance and legitimate interests.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and incidents and defend legal claims: legitimate interests, security, and exercise of rights.
• Respond to data-subject requests and comply with law: legal or regulatory obligations.
• Use optional measurement or advertising technologies, if introduced: consent where required.

We use Supabase for database and authentication, Hostinger/Dokploy for hosting, Cloudflare for delivery and security, and Google when social login is selected.

Anthropic and OpenAI may process public catalog data for structuring or translation. Account, collection, and community data are not intended to be sent to them for this purpose.

Affiliate links lead to independent stores and networks whose own terms and privacy notices apply.

Providers may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States and globally distributed infrastructure. Cronari minimizes transferred data, selects providers with security commitments, and applies the mechanisms required by the LGPD and ANPD Resolution 19/2024.

We retain data while the account is active and as needed for the purposes above. A deletion request blocks the account immediately and removes profile, collection, reviews, ratings, votes, and Auth data within 48 hours, except for limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, or claims records.

Protected backups may retain residual copies for a limited rotation cycle without operational use.

You may request confirmation, access, correction, sharing information, objection, portability when regulated, anonymization, blocking, deletion, or consent withdrawal by writing to [email protected].

Accounts are for people aged 18 or older. We do not intentionally register children or teenagers. We use safeguards proportionate to the service and may update this notice when law, technology, or operations change.
